Ross Sutherland

Ross ‘Rosco’ Sutherland started his culinary career in 2001 in Aberdeen, Scotland. His love for food was nurtured by his Mum who would always be cooking up a feast for friends at the many family occasions they would have together.

This is where Rosco’s passion stems from, bringing people together and enjoying great food with great company. Ross has a bright desire for sharing his Scottish heritage through food with each and every Bungalow guest and heads up a great team at The Bungalow with a wealth of kitchen experience. Stop by and try our black pudding, it’s delicious!

Alberto Andolfo

Alberto, 36 years old, began his fascination with cooking in the kitchen of the family restaurant in Venice at the age of sixteen. Alberto’s Nonna and the whole family would always have pots on the stove, something was always simmering away, it was the culture he grew up in.

Although hard to leave his family he travelled the world for 5 years cooking his way through Europe, Australia and America. Returning to Australia in 2015 and working at Café Botanical in Geelong.

It’s not hard to see Alberto’s Italian heritage and his family passion for cooking in every dish he serves. His favourite food is seafood, so why not stop by and try one of our seafood dishes.
