His most recent role being as head chef at the Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie and Ice Creamery. His love for food and cooking was brought about after watching his gran and mum cooking for the family at the many family occasions they would have together. This is where Lee’s passion stems from, bringing people together and enjoying great food with great company. Lee has a bright desire for sharing his creations with each and every Bungalow guest and heads up a great team
at The Bungalow with a wealth of kitchen experience.
Tim has been cooking since he was 17 years of age. Tim suffered from many food allergies as a child which
heightened his interest in food and dietary requirements. Cooking was engrained in the family culture with Tim
enjoying many hours cooking with his Mum over recipes passed down from generations. Tim is skilled in many
different types of cuisine having enjoyed a long career in a diverse range of kitchens. Tim really enjoys seeing people smile after they enjoy a meal. It is what drives him to continually explore different tastes and flavours in the kitchen.
